if u want budget go with ryzen if you mainly gaming and want to get the most fps go with intel gpu i would say a 5700xt or 5700 unless you want nvidia then go with 2060 super or 2070 super

my friend had a amd cpu he returned it and got a intel cpu he downloaded amd chipset drivers he does not have his new cpu yet but he want to know if he has to wipe his drive or can he just use his ssd without wiping it.and uninstall the drivers when he logs into windows ???
