  1. 4k gaming is 2080 super and up thats barley too. for gaming and cpu intel stil wins by almost 10 fps in most games talking about the i9 also with adobe intel is still king there for if you are going all out and want the best get a 2080ti and a i9.9900k 2060 and up are good for 1080p 2070 and up are good for 1440p but if ur trying to get more than 60 or even 60 in most new games at 4k 2080ti also Amd is more dependent on ram speed and frequency where intel is not as much. also when people say that amd will do better with higher ram speeds so will intel. i know i sound like a team blue and green fanboy but im not i just saying for gaming and editing intel still wins for 1440p you can go with 5700xt but for 4k thats a no. a 2080 ti in borderlands 3 can 60-70 in 4k this is a build u can edit it ofc but for all out 4k gaming and editing this is what you are looking at PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor $474.99 @ Amazon CPU Cooler Corsair H150i PRO 47.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler $159.99 @ Newegg Motherboard MSI MEG Z390 GODLIKE EATX LGA1151 Motherboard $529.97 @ Amazon Memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory $174.99 @ Amazon Memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory $174.99 @ Amazon Storage Samsung 970 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive $299.11 @ Amazon Storage Samsung 860 Evo 2 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive $279.99 @ Amazon Storage Western Digital Black 4 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $174.99 @ Amazon Video Card EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB FTW3 ULTRA GAMING Video Card (2-Way SLI) $1468.99 @ SuperBiiz Video Card EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB FTW3 ULTRA GAMING Video Card (2-Way SLI) $1468.99 @ SuperBiiz Power Supply Asus 1200 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply $289.99 @ SuperBiiz Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total (before mail-in rebates) $5516.99 Mail-in rebates -$20.00 Total $5496.99 Generated by PCPartPicker 2019-09-28 21:15 EDT-0400 Based on you 10k budget
