  1. If you dont need sli, go for a msi b450 mb(the b450m mortar max if you can find it in your country) and faster memory. and maybe a aftermarket cooler(arctic freezer 34 is a good cheap option) to overclock it to 3600x specs
  2. Hi, So I'm planning a new build and after lots of researching/watching ltt and GN videos I'm gonna settle on this: - Ryzen 3700x - MSI B450M mortar max - G.skill TridentZ 2*8 3600 cl16 16-16-16-36 Going to keep my vega56 for another year Now I got 2 question: 1)On the msi website, under supported memory, there is no 3600. Should I be worried about that? 2)I'm on a i5 6500 right now, and while playing AC oddyssee he's going 100%(first game I gave encountered this,1440p btw and it seems i drop a lot of frames). Should I even upgrade right now/search for i7 7700k 2nd hand? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-MORTAR-MAX/Specification Grtz Caramelovic
  3. Hi Guys, First post here, long time viewer though, here a question about my cpu. Could it be possible that my i5 6500(z170a pro mb + 2400mhz 16gb mem) cpu is holding back my vega56? As i see the stats ingame via afterburner i would say no(cpu is never at 100%) but i have the feeling the vega is underachieving. I play mostly 1440p games, all genres. If so, would i be beter to upgrade to a i7 7700k or some other high tear 6th or 7th gen(2nd hand is around 250/300€ here), or just go for completly new cpu, mb and memory(i'd go for ryzen 3600 build i think, but i think i just want it and maybe dont really need it).
