  1. This is my first ever build, I am using: Gigabyte Z390 Designare MB, Intel I9 9900k CPU, G.Skill Trident Ram 32 GB, Asus GeForce RTX 2080 TI GPU, Two SSDs a 250gb and a 1TB, Corsair RMx 750 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular PSU, Deepcool Castle 360EX cpu cooler, and the Lian Li Lancool ONE digital case, and I added a 3 pack of corsair LL RGB fans with the lighting node pro. Windows 10 pro is the OS on the 250gb ssd( all components were purchase new, but the ssds were pulled from my old computer) Upon completion of assembly, I flipped the switch on the power supply which immediately turned on the motherboard lighting. I then pushed the power button on the case and the rest of the rgb lit up except for the corsair fans. A few seconds later the power supply made a very small pop sound and the power flickered on everything except the graphics card and the motherboard. To be more specific, the rgb lighting flashed off on most of the components, but came back on before the cpu cooler fans could stop spinning all the way. I did not get any output on my screen. As I left the computer on, the power would continue to make very quiet pop and then the internal lighting would flash off then back on. The Motherboard itself never seemed to flash or lose power. I have tried disconnecting the graphics card, the hardrives, and the corsair fans, none of which has made difference so far. I'm hoping for some more experience troubleshooting techniques before I try ordering a new power supply.
