  1. 2600 is clocked to 3.8 through ryzen master and my rx 570 is set to 1265 mhz max which is its standard any higher and it becomes unstable. i had to replace the mother board with a step down going from a Gigabyte AX370M to a Gigabyte A320M so i would understand a little bit of a drop after i changed motherboards but the issue was happening before i changed. also i have gone through and done a full reinstall of the drivers and they are update to date according to the system. and the drivers were up to date on my old motherboard.
  2. So I have had my current system for about 10 months and I am experiencing unstable frame rates lower then what I should be getting with the settings I have in the applications. The main game I am experiencing this in; as it is the main game that I have been playing since the issue has presented, is League of Legends. Before the issue started showing I would be getting 190-210 fps on high settings stably, now I am only getting a max of 64 fps but it consistently goes between 22-55 fps which is really jarring. My system is running a Ryzen 5 2600 and a RX 570. I have recently replaced my motherboard but it was doing the issue with the old one and is still doing it with the new motherboard. I am unsure as to why it is doing this now as the settings have not been changed since I got the PC. I also have been having issues with programs taking 10x longer to start then they used to before the issue started presenting.
