Usage is fine. For extra information I have 16 GB of ram, a ryzen 7 1700X and a 1660 super. Usage only goes up whenever the program opens, meaning it looks like opening is just delayed.

Recently, programs (or at least most of them, like my web browser) have started having a relatively large delay when opening. It takes about 10-15 seconds for my browser to open. If I boot into safe mode, I don't have this issue at all. Could there be something in startup that's affecting this?

So, basically I'm screwed, and I need to purchase a 50$ cable.

How can I do this?

We only have two cables, the old cat5 and the new cat6. I can try plugging in the old cat5 in and see if that works

We just bought a new cat6 ethernet cable, We have a 10 port gigabit ethernet switch. When I plug my ethernet cable into the switch, it works, however it's capped at 100 mbps. When I try and plug it directly into the modem, It gets no connection at all. If you need more information, just ask. Thanks

Every now and then (Pretty rarely), My monitor just loses signal, Keyboard and mouse lights turn off, and PC becomes unresponsive to case power buttons. This happens at any temperature / load, Happened while playing a game, also happened while using discord.
