I don't know what caused it, nor do I remember when it started, but it sure as hell wasn't when I started using this computer. Just at some point, now, whenever I move my mouse, everything graphical on screen, including simple things such as explorer.exe's framerate dips to zero. I literally can't play any games at all anymore. Does anyone have any ideas? I've already tried reinstalling the radeon drivers.
