I have a ASRock Radeon RX 580 8 GB Graphics card and I want a little bit more FPS. What be a good card to upgrade to around 400-600$ is my price range.

So I’ve been having problem with my pc when I try to log into my computer it gives me this blue screen can’t read it goes by to fast then it sends me to another blue screen saying “recovery looks like windows did not load correctly “ and my FPS has drop to 30 idk what I was running before but I know it was more then that. I don’t know what to do should I just delete everything on my pc or what? Even trying to get it into safe mode with network it will crash to a blue screen.

So I’ve been having some problems with my PC lately my FPS have drop a lot and my pc will have issues getting to my Home Screen as soon as I hit enter it give me a blow screen but I can’t read it then ( because it goes away so fast ) it goes to a screen saying “recovery looks like windows did not load correctly” I have ran a virus scanner and nothing come up as a bad file.

I’m new to this pc building and the Computer that I am building has a warning to it “Warning!Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Zen 2 CPUs. I just looked up the board is there a board around the same price that has Wi-Fi I’m not near my Wi-Fi?Or should I just paid extra couple bucks to get the usb pcle card?
