  1. I have new monitor (AD27QD aorus) and it was very good at start. but for some odd reason the icons are now blurry and not sharp. most of the icons on my monitor desktop are pixelated and odd and when i play games i sometimes notice that. on my 2nd monitor an old 27 inch curved Samsung it dosn't happen. please help
  2. I am facing the same issue in Apex legends 99% of the time its good but sometimes it just stutters/freeze
  3. well from your computer specs you should get around 200-500 fps but it seems its either the screen or a driver. have you updated your drivers recently? do you use nvidia Geforce expirince?
  4. What resolution are you playing on and what monitor do you use?
  5. Hi i am in the process of getting myself a 2nd monitor as i play games and use youtube/twitch at the same time and i make game using Unity and Unreal Engine. I currently have Samsung C27JG5x (curved). the screen needs to be atleast 2560x1440p , 144hz , 1ms. and 27inch(no more no less). I don't really know what to get for my second monitor. Here are some models i looked at but you can add more to the list if you think some are better or will be better for my use. Aorus ad27qd MSI Optix RGB MAG271CR 27" asus VG278QR Thank you all in advance.
  6. 144hz in most monitors is only working with DisplayPort. try HDMI 2.0 and tell me if its not working. DVI wont do 144hz.
  7. I would have gone with SteelSeries they have the most reliable essentials you can find in the market.
  8. I myself thinking about the aorus ad27qd. I have found some interesting finds on my search : Asus monitors - although good on paper they are very costly compared to others. And other monitors do their job better some time. If you have the money to invest in it go for the asus. the LG screen for me seems like a half baked idea with a good finish. they made a great screen with a great response time (even tho the 1ms feature will kill your eyes). i think the LG screen at least for now is a pass for me. as they seem to get close but not yet on par with other monitor companies. The Aorus : you know how there is always that one kid at class that has the new toy and all the essentials? that kid is that monitor. it has anything you can think of and even some things you never asked for like ANC and calling their monitor "TACTICAL" i think out of the 3 choices this is the one to get even tho they showcase it like its a toy more then a Monitor it is surprisingly good and has a ton of customizing options. P.S the asus monitor is 144Hz overclocable to 165hz (not really noticable like 60-144 but still good)
  9. Ok so as it seems the TV screen is probbly only 720p and some games force the 1080i(1080p for TVs) and your monitor is downgrading them to 720p. so some games just force the 1080 but you would still see 720p its not a problem with your computer but rather your monitor.
  10. What Gpu are you using / can you specify the TV monitor. remmber that TV monitors are not meant for games
  11. I want to buy the aorus ad27qd but im currently using the samsung curved : samsung C27JG5x I want to use the aorus as the main screen and the samsung as a 2nd (youtube/game look(i program games)). Will it feel wired using two different types and what do you guys think about the aorus monitor is it worth it? is there anything that i should consider?
  12. The thing is the monitor is advertised as 144 but i cant put it on 144 for some odd reason
