Hello all!
I updated my old system, so I got myself a X570 Prime Pro, a R3700x plus 32g of Corsair LPX 3K Mhz ( 4*8)
Upon assembly. I got a yellow light ( DRAM ) in my MB. So I took out all the dims, placed 1 ...still nothing. Changed slots nothing changed
Checked QVL, and that DIM isn't listed, ok.
Got another set of Dims this time listed on the QVL.
Same thing still happens.
Took out everything from the board except the CPU, and I still have the same yellow light ( at this point I started to wonder why I have no warning on the VGA light on the MB ).
Now I am also wondering if this could also be a PSU issue. ( 6 'years old PSU 550W )
I reported my MB as DOA and is set to be returned soon. But meanwhile due to all the work load I have to do, I am frustrated and trying to find if is something else related. I am trying to avoid sending something back.
Also I saw a video in youtube about this MB, even when I turn it on I have NO light or RGB going on ... all dark but the "damm" yellow light.
I hope you could give me clue or point me something I am missing.I am very sad with all this mostly due to the amount of work I have to do in my computer that at the moment I don't have because of this.
