Sometime in the near future i am thinking of getting a new motherboard so i can have more ram (my motherboard only supports 8 gigs of ram) When i get the new motherboard i will likely be switching procesors from intel to amd i would like to get the Ryzen 3700x. Currently i have the intel i7 7700. When i get my new motherboard do i need an AMD chipset or does that not matter. Also do you have any recommendations for motherboards under 225$? I just got the GPU working and I can hardly run ark at medium but i see people testing the gpu i have and it runs way better currently my 1060 runs better why is this?

CPU: i7 7700 MotherBoard: B250M Bazooka 600 watt power supply My pc will not recognize the gpu i get no signal also i am switching from nvidia to amd. I believe i know how to install it ive put it in and the card has powered up but i could be doing it wrong.
