  1. A bit more info.. The errors I get are: "The printer is unable to connect to the remote destination. Check your configurations and try again." "One or more recipient addresses are not valid. Check your email recipient address and try again." **I use an address in the same domain to test – ie task@... I would eventually like it to work to scan to a teams channel email like: ***.com.au@apac.teams.ms Config *Firewall PR NAT (config from Sophos – for what that is worth). Source zones – LAN Source devices – Any Destination zone – WAN Destination network – Any Services – SMTP(S) & SMTP. The SMTP(S) & SMTP services are both setup – Protocol – TCP Source Port – 1:65535 Ports – 25 & 587 *DNS My DNS has been updated to include the public IP on the SPF entry. *Printer SMTP server – ***-com-au.mail.protection.outlook.com Port 25 SSL/TLS enabled Have tried both with and without server authentication
  2. Howdy all - I've been struggling getting my MFD to work after MFA was enabled with O365. I've followed all the Microsoft instructions (https://bit.ly/36itwJt) but cannot seem to get it to work at all. What I need is for the MFD to scan to internal addresses (there are multiple domains managed by the one microsoft account). I have two sites where this is an issue - the only difference between the sites is the MFD. Site 1 - HP Officejet PRO 8740 Site 2 - HP Officejet PRO 7740 Both sites - Sophos XG135w running SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3. Staff can scan using the HP app, however, we are using sharepoint and scanned docs are needed to be emailed to specific sharepoint folders depending on the site (rather than individual users). Scan to email was working before enabling MFA with o365. I've tried contacting Sophos support & the reseller who sold us the hardware, however, for whatever reason both are incredibly unhelpful when it comes to support. My IT guy is a Microsoft guru - but has never worked with Sophos gear. I'm really hoping its a simple step I have missed and am happy to provide any further info if you can let me know what you need and how to get it! Your guidance is greatly appreciated!
  3. Howdy, Just wondering if I could have some guidance. I'm opening up a second office for my business and am looking at new NAS options. All of my programs etc are cloud based, so I use my NAS for data storage only. Currently I have 2 x QNAP NAS systems running for this. The new office is going to be the new head office and will have higher data usage and storage requirements. I'll use the existing NAS as backups. I was cleaning out the spare room last week and found an old PC - from 2014 - and was wondering whether it was worth re-purposing it as a NAS and whether this was a good option given it is for business purposes. Also - for my scenario - would FREENAS be suitable - or is there a better option? I don't mind paying for software. 4. I have an external DVD drive anyway - so not really an issue. Would it be worthwhile switching the PSU & GPU in system 1 for one of the others?
  5. Based on your advice above, I requested quotes from a few providers. Of course - they have put their twist on the request - but cost over four quotes varies by 1k. Systems are below. 6. Awesome - thanks so much for the input. I'm not necessarily set on liquid cooling - happy to go with the noctua (that's just what was suggested for that system). Definitely happy with a similarly capable system for quite a few less clams..
  7. Hi team, I need some help with a PC that will handle design work - primarily in Adobe CC - Illustrator predominately but some photo / graphic editing. Our file sizes are already 1GB + and I can only expect that to increase with our projected work. I was about to hit the go button on the rig below which is AUD 3,899. However, I have just seen Linus' video on the new Ryzen range and am now wondering if there is a better AMD option or if this build will suffice.
