  1. I think I understand the question. You're asking if you should dedicate less memory to your graphics card. That screenshot is from NVIDIA Control Panel if I'm not mistaken, as I recognize the listing format. The Dedicated Video Memory is how much memory your graphics card has. In your case, you have 4GB memory for your GPU. That is not the same as your system memory; they serve completely different cases for your PC and you won't be able to "share" memory between your system and video card. Hope that was the question; let me know if I've been mistaken.
  2. Re: 64MB, I'm not sure what you'll be using the NAS for, but I use it for network drives and FTP, and haven't had any problems with performance. For the NAS, we use the Synology DS218+.
  3. I recently got a NAS for our office and I'd recommend using hard drives from WD's Red series or Seagate's IronWolf series. These hard drives are built for server usage and are rated to be used 24/7. Depending on what you use your NAS for, you could get away with a regular consumer desktop hard drive, but if you are looking to have it running 24/7, definitely look into the server drives. You spend a bit more on them, but in the long run, they'll live up to their price. Just for reference, here is a link to the HDD I got for our office: https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX40403
