  1. Sorry for the late answer. I analized my PC but I have to say, this program is full of bloatware and programs I don't really need, despiste I clicked "No, thanks" it installed my two programs anyway. I have updated the drivers program showed and problem hasn't been fixed yed, still have micro stuttering
  2. Google shows me it's a program to update every driver, right? So I just need so install it and scan?
  3. Hi, I am waiting for a 5800x3D it will arrive next week, hope this fixes the problems but at this point my hopes are at its lowest point. Thing is, CPU usage doesn't seem that high when playing at 2k UltraWide. Xbar game was already disabled and even uninstalled on my previous Win10 installation and last chipset drivers are already installed. None of this fixes the stutters. I heard something about 6000 series giving weird microspikes and some PSU's couldn't hold that amount of power, is that right? but I haven't had any crashes or weird stuff beyond stuttering. Edit: I don't know if I mentioned on my first post but sometimes mouse "freezes" for less than half a second, like a micro stuttering, this happens on desktop or while navigating. Thanks again.
  4. Hi, yeah I know it's a little bit weak but since I play at 3440x1440 I don't think it's a problem (but my knowledge here is very limited). CPU use is high sometimes (hits 90-95% sometimes but normally it uses 20-75%). I played PUBG on those three modes, I would say that the one with better results is DX11 Enhanced but it still give me some bad stuttering and spikes on the frametime. I tried with everything at Ultra, High and Low settings with fps capped and uncapped so the GPU will work at its maximum but same result. I also tried different resolutions, included 4K (on The Witcher 3 playing at 4K gives me less sttutering). It seems like game is constantly loading assets but it still gives me micro stuttering all the time and in every single game no matter what. Thanks.
  5. Hello there, so I have been trying to fix this problem since last week. Recently I bought a Red Devil RX 6800 XT and I am getting a weird micro stuttering on specific games. Basically on games like Valorant, CS:GO, PUBG, Fortnite, The Witcher 3 and Hogwarts Legacy (though this one actually has confirmed micro stuttering problems). I even have "micro stuttering" on the desktop (my mouse feels laggy and freezes for 1/3 second sometimes). I have tried everything I can: - Reinstalled Windows 10 twice. - Used older and newer drivers (previous DDU Uninstall on safe mode). - Enable MPO / ULPS / TDR fixes. - Checked temperatures (GPU max temp reached under load is 65º GPU and 90º hotspot so they are fine. CPU max. temp is 55º). - Tried different monitors and resolutions (my old BenQ XL2411P and my actual Xiaomi Mi Gaming Curved 34''). Mostly playing at 1440p. - Pass Latencymod, everything is fine. - Disabled TPM (fTPM AMD) from BIOS. - Updated BIOS to the last version. - CPU on default settingsd (I undervolted it). Didn't work. - XMP profile disabled,(didn't work. Every benchmark I passed worked flawless. here are some results: Fire Strike: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/88027881 Timne Spy: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/88005242 GPU use and GPU clocks never drops down on the graphic tests of both benchmarks. I have monitorized everything with RTSS / HWInfo / CapFrameX, here are some screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/p0MoGXr There are three screenshots of Fortnite, Hogwarts Legacy and PUBG. And here is a screenshot of RTSS on Windows desktop while on idle (kind of weird, frametime fixes randomly or when I open AMD Panel): Played Cyperpunk 2077, Elder Ring and AC: Odyssey and APEX Legends, the four of them worked just perfect, no stutters at all (maybe a few ones on specific zones when loading assets). Played Fortnite, PUBG, Valorant, The Witcher 3 and CS:GO: Horrible stuttering, specially on PUBG and The Witcher 3 (though in this one is less annoying). Fortnite has several stuttering and Valorant also has it but sometimes. I play at 3440x1440 UW but have tired different resolutions with same results. This is my setup: R5 3600XT Red Devil 6800 XT MSI x570 A-PRO 32GBs RAM at 3600mhz. PSU Bitfenix Formula 650w I don't know what else should I do, could it be bottleneck? could it be a faulty GPU? could it be the PSU? But that doesn't explain why bencmarks and some games with everything on ultra settings like CP2077 works so flawless and otherst jus don't. Hope someone can enlight me here. Thank you. By the way, I was using a Sapphire Vega 56 with this exact same setup and never have a single problem, I just changed the GPU.
  6. Hi, thank you for the answer. I already reinstalled Windows and didn't seem to work. Using the safe mode will be a little tricky since this happens once in a while and it's random.. If is a hardware issue, what part of the pc could be causing this? I mean, in terms of probability. Thanks again.
  7. Hello, since I build this computer I have been having this issue (I'm not sure), my computer randomly freezes over 10sec to 1-2min, sometimes it does freezes forever so I have to restart it. I don't know if it's a hardware or software issue. Already passed a MEMTEST, checked SSD/HDD states, checked temperatures, remounted heatsink, formated the PC twice and it still does that once in a while, playing or browsing. I don't know for sure but it tends to do it mostly when I open several programs or many browser tabs too fast, but like I said, I'm not sure... Can you guys help me? My config: i5-8600K, Scythe Mugen 5, Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse, Gigabyte z390 Gaming X, SSD Kingston SA400 240GB / HDD 1TB WD, 8x2 Corsair DDR4 @ 3000mhz, Bitfenix Formula 650w. Thank you.
  8. So.. 75º on gaming its okay? wouldn't it shorten cpu lifetime?
  9. Hi, I have this setup: i5-8600k, Scythe Mugen 5, Gigabyte z390 Gaming X, Sapphire Vega 56 Pulse, Bitfenix Formula 650w on a Hummer ZX with 3 intake and 3 exhaust fans. My average temps playing normal games (Valorant, CSGO for example) is about 60sº, I think thats fine, but once I play games like The Witcher 3, PUBG, Horizon Zero Dawn or AC:Odyssey my temps rises until the mid 70sº which I think is pretty hot... My actual OC is this one: https://imgur.com/a/jpvu2m8 with LLC on Medium. I've tried to lower the clock to 4,5ghz but its practically the same thing, I also tried to rise the negative dynamic vcore to -0.90 and set LLC on Turbo which is the maximum stable value I can set and after a few tests I must say that temps stays just the same. I'm wondering if the high temperatures is due to my GPU... I have set an agressive fan curve but its still hot inside. Can I improve my OC without delidding or spending more money on a liquid/better air cooler? Thank you.
  10. Yep... I'm probably willing to ask for a replacement.. Okay, yes, it is exactly like you have explained to me. I'll assume it is a common thing but there also are a few scratches over the plastic so I think it has been used before... About the rainbows, yes, I see it with my eyes but I also see these rainbow lanes walking on the streets or looking the sky so I think it is because of my eyes
  11. Yes I see them. Sorry, didn't read that message. I think it is because of my camera. Also, it does not burn but it is mild yeah... But that shadow, I'm still dubting...
  12. Yep i googled it and according to some forums it is normal to screen to be "hot", so more hot means more radiation? It is not normal to be a little hot? Right now I can't check it but let's say vents work fine, would it be still wrong?
  13. Yep that would be the problem, along with the temperature of screen, it is hot when I touch it but I think its normal. Also, I can see the "shadow opacity" by sitting straight because the monitor is a little bit below me eyes (sorry for my english lol) but I didn't notice it that much.
