CX550 is about 150k IDR more (about 10 USD), is it better than be quiet one? I guess I can get it

Im from Indonesia. Actually, there are many choices but those 2 seems like the most budget friendly with good quality. Other options are a bit more expensive for the budget (like CX or s12ii) or unknown brands globally.

I wanna build budget pc for my lil brother, and torn between 2 of these PSU which on similar price (there's limited choice of PSU in my country and I can only buy locally) be quiet! SYSTEM POWER U9 500W - 80+ Bronze Certified or Super Flower Bronze KING 550W 80+ Bronze - SF-550P14HE. The problem is, I cant find really find "Super Flower Bronze King" reviews on the internet (searched on SF official website, psu tier lists etc), but the serial number SF-550P14HE shows on old PSUs (AMPTAC series, etc) so i dont know how good is this "Bronze King" one, and it has 50 more watts than be Quiet one. And from this site i know be Quiet one is B tier.
