  1. Arun Maini studied Economics. He was doing YT part-time. How did he learn so much about smartphones?
  2. I started watching MKBHD, Mrwhosetheboss, LTT and Unbox therapy recently to learn more about technology which I was always interested in. I want to know how they know so much. Do I need to go to college to learn about these stuff? Some of the stuff they say in their videos just goes over my head. I'm not rich, so I can't go around buying stuff to learn how they work. Is there a way better way to learn about them? Thanks in advance.
  3. I did not partition the drive, and I do not have any other drives to clone to either. Can I atleast get the information of the deleted files using Photo-Rec (like name of the files), so I can download them again.
  4. Not terrabytes, but I had tons of movies in that folder. The size I reckon would be around 56GB. Can I recover that using Photo-Rec?
  5. Thanks for moving the thread. Next time I'll post it accordingly. BTW do you know how to recover my already deleted data?
  6. I apologize, I'm new to these forums. Where do I post it? Please help.
  7. But there were so many files. Like hundreds. You're telling me I can't even recover one of them?
  8. I have accidentally deleted the videos folder of my PC. I tried Recuva and Wondershare's recoverit, but they are asking for money. Are there any free recovery softwares or ways to recover without downloading any? If there is a sophisticated way of recovering it, please walk me through it. I'm a noob.
  9. Man, that sounds a li'l bit risky to try any of the stuff you just said. So, I'm gonna stick to the stock firmware like you suggested.
  10. I cannot afford a new router, but thanks for the tips.
  11. Well... that's a relief. I always thought MAC filter is mandatory. As per security encryption, I do think I set it to 'WPA2-AES'. And, my password was generated by 'LastPass' so I think it's strong too. I attached a screenshot. See if there are any other changes I need to make to harden my network security.
