I tried Reinstall it and still getting that RGB line Crash I think my VGA card already defective

So If I put the overclocked GPU on another PC I don't have to Un Overclock it ?

If I use a Graphics card that has been overclocked before and put it on another PC that doesn't have any overclock software does that make any effect ?

If i dont want to do OC and just remove the old RAM do i get the 2400 Mhz speed ?

If i dont want do OC can i just use the 16 GB 2400 Mhz and remove the 8GB 2133 Mhz

I want to upgrade my RAM from 8 GB 2133Mhz with RAM 16 GB 2400 Mhz Should i just remove the 8GB 2133 Mhz or i just combine them become 24 GB ?
