So I've put together a basic computer i7 3770 250gb ssd 8gb ram and 600w psu But it doesn't work and I don't know why, and I've checked all the similar posts and there is no solution to my issue, which is the lights on the keyboard and motherboard are on but the monitor is getting no vga signal so I cant do stuff, also the os isn't properly running yet it's just as a bootable drive on a connected usb, and another thing the computer isn't in the case and one more thing the light is labled STDBY.  If you have any solutions or things I could do I'm up for it I really need help
