I guess I need to deal with it, is there any laptop that you might recommend with USB C charging with a decent keyboard and trackpad? EDIT:nevermind, just looked at noteb and found the USB-C charger filter. still would like recommendation though.

So I should basically look for something that support USB C charging and pick up a generic charger that I like?

Hi, I am looking for a laptop for school at around 1000-1200 USD to replace my 2011 MBP(i7, 256GB SSD, 16GB). Anything at i5-8550U(4 cores), MX-150,16 GB of RAM, and 256 SSD or better is good enough. The issue is finding something to carry around. I want to carry the laptop charger, and I rather not carry power bricks because of how awkward most of them are to put in bags. What laptop do you have and whats your opinion on it, and what laptop do you think have a good portable charger? I quite like MBP charger since I could cram in a small cardboard box and it doesnt interfere with the rest of my backpack.
