Hi, I have a z790 m/b with a I5 13600k , RTX 3080 , with 32gb of ddr5 6000mhz memory mostly used in M.s flight sim what would give me the best performance increase value for money p[lease fitting a I9 14900k or an RTX 4080 your help is much appreciated
