Just joined to share this... Same exact problem with corrosion in the cooler, got it less than a year ago on newegg. I should have known as two of the three fans on the radiator went out within the first 3 months of use. My cpu hit 88c and shut down... I found this thread and pulled the water block apart to find this. Total Junk!!
