  1. The D5300 looks good, thanks.
  2. That brings up the total to almost double the original budget. ;-;
  3. Could you suggest some good lenses to go for it as well?

    Laptop for Programming

    Unless you're hell bent on getting a Mac I'd suggest the X1 Carbon. https://www.amazon.in/Lenovo-ThinkPad-X1-Carbon-Integrated/dp/B07GSVPY9Z?tag=googinhydr18418-21&tag=googinkenshoo-21&ascsubtag=_k_CjwKCAjwmNzoBRBOEiwAr2V27UH7F5fVTmvxt7CK9ygDLypg8SfUeHHWKiZez8AdVXND28hPQ_1aORoCjwwQAvD_BwE_k_&gclid=CjwKCAjwmNzoBRBOEiwAr2V27UH7F5fVTmvxt7CK9ygDLypg8SfUeHHWKiZez8AdVXND28hPQ_1aORoCjwwQAvD_BwE And yes, the MacBooks are still 7th Gen processors and the latest keyboard from Apple is thier 3rd try at it and it's reliablity is still uncertain.
  5. Both the Asus and Nitro have very bad thermals and throttle as well. I'd personally get the G3, it has better thermals and you can always undervolt and repaste to boost its performance but as far as I've seen undervolting the Asus or the Nitro doesn't really give any benefits.
  6. Hey, guys. I'm looking to buy a new camera in India for around 400usd. I am no professional but I do want to learn photography. Decent video is fine. I'm just here looking for suggestions and recommendations. Thank you.
  7. Not looking for any vibrant colours, I'm not going to be doing any graphical work. Any decent panel would do, I guess. I guess around 2kg should be good.
  8. I think I'll probably require a webcam as well. I can probably do without it or buy an external though.
  9. Running a Core 2 duo with 4gigs of DDR2 RAM.

    It's shameful but it's mine. :')

      I was gonna send you an lga 1155 motherboard to get started on something new. Well im in the us and you are in india so that would be prohibitively expensive.

      Wow, thank you but yes, that would be expensive. XD

    TWRP Recovery won't stick

    Flashing using CMD usually requires the name of the device which is usually some numbers and letters put together. I had this issue too until I found out the name for my device and tried flashing using the device name. Worth and check.
  11. Couldn't care about RGB. If it brings the price down I wouldn't mind if the laptop looked like a rock. I willl be carrying it back and forth though so I would prefer a light weight laptop.
  12. I was thinking about it, too. But I couldn't find any reviews on the fx505Dd at all. So, things like thermals and actual performance are still questionable. The Acer Nitro 5 looks amazing on paper but it suffers from bad thermals.
  13. Hi, guys. This is Reppin. I'm looking for a good laptop to do some coding and light gaming. I won't be doing any intense gaming, just CS:GO and games like AC Origins and maybe Witcher 3. I definitely need atleast a terabyte of storage and around 3-4 hours of battery will be enough as I mostly only game plugged in. I did some surfing of my own and right now seems like my only options are the Acer Nitro 5 or the Asus TUF Gaming series but I thought I'd ask people with experience in this stuff first. Here are the links to some of the laptops I'm considering 1) ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DD 15.6" FHD 120Hz Laptop GTX 1050 3GB Graphics (Ryzen 5-3550H/8GB RAM/1TB HDD + 256GB PCIe SSD/Windows 10/Stealth Black/2.20 kg): https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07RSS7DW6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_AFu-CbH6FJHTZ 2) Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 Core i5 8th Gen 8300H Processor 15.6 inch FHD Gaming Laptop (8GB RAM/16 GB Optane/1TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/NVIDIA GeForce GTX Graphics 1050 4GB GDDR5/Black/2.7kg) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07GYLN9V5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_UHu-Cb1R42NXB 3) ASUS TUF FX570 Intel Core i5 8th Gen 15.6-inch FHD Gaming Laptop (8GB/1TB Hybrid HDD (FireCuda)/Windows 10/GTX 1050 4GB Graphics/Black/1.96 kg), FX570UD-E4168T https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07GRCW17T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kJu-CbRKEHKEBhttps://www.amazon.in/dp/B07GRCW17T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kJu-CbRKEHKEB 4) ASUS TUF FX505DY-BQ002T 15.6-inch FHD Gaming Laptop (AMD Ryzen 5-3550H/8GB/1TB HDD/Windows 10/Radeon RX 560X 4GB Graphics/2.20 Kg), Black https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07MSK34LL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_AKu-CbTP1D7XZhttps://www.amazon.in/dp/B07MSK34LL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_AKu-CbTP1D7XZ Any and all suggestions and advice are welcome.
