  1. From my knowledge, DDR3 ram only supports clockspeeds up to 2133 MHz, but of course there's always the possibility to overclock you RAM. Maybe that's the case, otherwise I wouldn't know how that would be possible.
  2. Are high graphic settings a must, or do you play with "normal settings"? If that's the case, a RX 570 would do the job I think, it's very low priced and still has a lot to offer. If you wanna be safe, I'd consider buying a RX 580
  3. I don't think you can go wrong with buying the new AMD cpu's, but waiting will definitely be the better option. You can also consider buying a X570 board as they come. Not sure whether you're going to get PCI-Express 4.0 with it, but it could be worth it...
  4. Try finding the bottleneck with tools rather than just guessing. I'd use MSI Afterburner for example and look where the issue is. Of course you can just buy more memory instead, but there's a chance that this isn't even the problem you should've fixed.
  5. Sorry guys, my bad. I fucked up something while reading through all the diagrams and parameters, so I messed the whole topic up. The usage limit was only hit while in desktop mode, not while gaming. The usage problems remain, it's more a fault of my oc and a voltage limitation. Sry for wasting your time guys, but still thanks for your help. Cya
  6. The usage limit is a parameter in the MSI Afterburner, which shows whether the usage limit is hit or not. While doing anything with the card, nvmd if it's gaming or benchmarking, the status is constantly 1, so the limit is reached. @emosun
  7. My Card is running at About 50C, when benchmarking up to the 60s. The vertikal mount is far enough from the sidepanel, there's no possibility this is causing the Problem. @Taintedmind
  8. Hey Guys, this is my first thread and I need your help. I use a RTX 2070 and applied a little overclock, nothing special. My system contains an i5 8600k @4,8Ghz, 16 Gigs of Ram, and a vertical GPU mount. The problem is, ingame, I mostly play Overwatch, my Fps have been droping since I got the card. I checked everything with various tools, and realised my GPU usage was only at 55%. So this was what caused the Fps problems. Later, I saw there was a "GPU usage limit" something that kept my card from it's full potential. The limit was constantly hit while gaming, so I wondered if there was any way to remove this limit or at least set it to a higher level. Please help me, it really sucks to have this problem :( Good evening Produktkrebs
