I wish they came out sooner. But I think I will just get a new motherboard for the i7 9700k. I need this new CPU for some projects that I want to do that just can’t wait that long. I want to use the new CPU all through our summer and I don’t want to really wait as impatient as it sounds. Thanks for telling me that I will definitely tell my friends about the new ryzens. So do you know what motherboard I can get for a cheaper price for the i7 9700k? Edit: just remembered pcpartpicker. Lol thanks for the website I will use that for the new motherboard

My bad i7 9700k. Now that you know it’s an i7 9700k. Do you know the issue?

After installing my new i7 9700k I ran into a problem where my computer doesn’t turn on. Or it does, but only for a split second. Things that happen. -LED lights turn on from the motherboard and then turn off because the computer turns off -ALL fans spin for a split second then PC shuts off Thats basically it from what I know I’ve seen. Ive went ahead and put my old CPU back in and the computer turns on again. So I don’t think it’s a problem with any other components. Specs: gtx 1660 ti i5 6600k (trying to install i7 9700k) z170a mobo LGA1151 2x 1 TB western digital HDD 1x Samsung 250 gb ssd 2x 8gb Cosair Vengeance ddr4 500w power supply ive also trying resetting the cmos battery by removing it and waiting 30 secs and putting it back in
