  1. The past few days I have been having issues with input within Windows 11. Where my mic will not pick up any audio. However if I check windows settings, I can see clearly that Windows itself is getting audio via my microphone but all the applications on my pc will not. (Discord, OBS, etc) Only way for it to work when it cuts out is out of 2 ways. Unplugging the dongle and them plugging it back in, disabling the mic and reenabling it through windows. This issue is really starting to piss me off, any ideas on a fix. I have already tried uninstalling the device + driver within device manager and reinstalling Logitech GHub.
  2. I did attempt this at first, but felt scared I would damage the motherboard. I will use that as a last resort with pulling it
  3. Unfortunately this don't appear to be the stock cooler/backplate being used, however going off suggestions of using a tool to get it out, I am thinking possibly wedging something into the sides of the AM4 brackets bolt so I can unscrew the cooler. Another idea I just had was to put super glue on the bolt so it won't budge, yet there is an issue if it leaks onto the screw or worse the motherboard which makes it even harder.
  4. Yes I have already see the backplate it is only the backplates bolt. The screw itself is fine and will not unscrew how much I turn my screwdriver, as the bolt in the backplate spins with it.
  5. I will give it a go, the issue is not to do with the cooler itself only the backplate so I guess I can try wedge something into the bolt on the backplate. Got my mb and CPU only a week ago so heart is racing
  6. My AM4 backplates bottom left bolt is spinning which it shouldn't be, due to this I cannot remove my stock cooler for my 5600x! I checked my cooler as it rebooted to saying CPU over temperature error, I managed to get the cooler back on easily but cannot remove it, I really need to change my cooling setup for my CPU ASAP
  7. For me on my MSI B450 Gaming Plus MB & 2600 I updated my bios and enabled XMP and then had to set the actual RAM speed as it always didn't give me the full 3000mhz (gave me around 2894mhz). When I did that it was showing it correctly.
  8. Already got rid it via powershell, but this will make it easier if I reinstall windows at all thx
  9. Microsoft is just pushing more ways to track you and collect data and more bloatware to windows. They add a few decent features but mainly breaks the operating system
  10. the drivers are up to date and reinstalled them using DDU. The card is not overheating and is getting enough power
