  1. My CPU is Ryzen 5 2600 and GPU is Gigabyte RX 580 8G. I use AMD Link. And it Disconnects Automatically after some time. Then I have to connect it again. How can I solve it?? Note: I'm using the latest version of AMD Link app in Android!
  2. Thank you all. The problem is solved after enabling VSync from Radeon Software. btw, I used to get 90-120 fps before enabling Vsync. Now I get 60-75 fps.
  3. hello there! I'm facing screen tearing problem with a game (ac origins). i play GTA 5 too. but never faced problem like this. My monitor is Samsung SyncMaster S19B150 with 60hz of refresh rate. the monitor has VGA port. and my GPU is Rx 580 which has HDMI port. so I had to use a VGA to HDMI converter to connect them. So I'm thinking right now, if the problem has something to do with the converter? or just only the monitor refresh rate syncing? Would be grateful if anybody could explain it!! Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thank you
  4. i've used prime95 software to stress the my processor. and here is the result from ryzen master. why the EDC at 99%
  5. Hey there! I'm using AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six core processor. Which does have 3.4GHz base clock and 3.9GHz of Boost Clock! But it seems my processor doesn't go up more than 3.7GHz of boost clock. Any 2600 user here? How can I check my processors Max boost clock?? *My motherboard is Gigabyte B450M DS3H and GPU is Gigabyte RX 580 Gaming 8G. Any help would be appreciated Thanks in advance <3 <3
  6. nope didnt see any dust though. the shop isnt very famous but it does have quiet good reputation and good reviews. The main thing is the card does have 3 months of warranty where the shop granted me warranty of 1 year. Im bit confused about it. Note: the shop is official vendor of gigabyte in my country.
  7. hey there! i want to know, is there any way I can find out if my new Graphics Card (purchased from shop) is used or was totally intact before buying? My gpu is Gigabyte RX 580 Gaming 8G MI. One of my friend also told me this gpu is a mining gpu because it does have MI in the end. is it true? #Thanks in advance
  8. yes i do have this option? what would it proof if i change it to compute?
  9. and why the cpuz saying otherwise? and the userbenchmark couldn't specify my rx 580 model. can this gpu be counterfeit? how can i test/check the gpu more to be sure?
  10. hello there! Yesterday i bought Gigabyte Radeon™ RX 580 Gaming 8G MI Graphics card. after buying that, one of my friend confirmed it is a mining card not for gaming. So I'm bit worried about what is the big difference between a Gaming and mining card! Does it really big enough and impact my experience? Can i use it as gaming card? Any help would be appreciated. Btw, I'm confused with my gpus memory clock. it says it is 8000mhz in online but it actually shows 2000mhz in my gpu specs. Thank you!! says 8000mhz in official site : https://imgur.com/g9BibZb screenshot 1 says 2000mhz in Radeon and including other software : https://imgur.com/hXLbh3c screenshot 2

  13. So, how can i set things up for getting 3200mhz? my motherboard is Gigabyte B450M DS3H. btw, thank you so much for clarify things up. I was bit worried and thought the product might be counterfeit.
  14. so is it like overclocking? do i have to oc to get the performance from the ram which should be 3200mhz by default! sorry i dont understand why? btw, i'll get another one in near future.
