Voxany got a reaction from Hairless Monkey Boy in GPU Fan pinning to 100% once I hit 83 C
There may be a configuration in the driver that, despite your fan curves, full guns the fans if it goes above 80C.
Even if you could fix this issue, it's not that great of an idea to be running consistently above 75C. You might want to invest in some case fans.
