Always On USB was already on so i turned it off and than back on and that didn't work. The USB port works for charging but I can't transfer files with it.

After a windows update my usb stopt working I already tried installing new drivers and didn't work. I have a Lenovo Ideapad 3 5500u and it's a week old. Can somebody help me with it?
