Have tried three different usb, all the same result, and about the ios file, I downloaded it and burned into the usb and tried to create it directly with the media creation tool, what other option is there to get the file?

So recently my laptop started getting slower and out of nowhere a bunch of different bsod started appearing every 3 or 4 minutes, so I thoguht that the best option would be to uninstall windows and install it again. After uninstalling it, I downloaded the media creation tool and made a bootable usb, but when I try to boot form it I get the 0x8007025D error if I use the first usb port or start getting bsod screen if I use the second. I tried using multiple usb (all the same result), downloading the iso and burning it using rufus (doesn't change a thing). Does any of you know a way to solve it? The laptop is fairly new and woldn't want to have to buy a new one when this one still has a warranty (but only if the issue if from hardware). Thanks to anyone who might answer
