  3. Im not sure how I did that. Sorry.
  4. it was the aorus xtreme that I had read about.
  5. just looked at the link and knowing me I would rather have the ultra but that's just me.
  6. ahhh ok I thought I read that they would be a lot more expensive than that and yes I will need wifi. I can wait and see how things work out before buying anything. Thanks for your help
  7. Yes Im in the US. Its $229 from amazon so that's what I have planned on. I have already moved up from the gaming 5 to 7 with my wifes encouragement. Thanks for your reply
  8. Its a budget think actually. I would want to go with a comparable x570 board and I think those will be out of my price range for a bit but I will keep an eye on prices till I buy the motherboard in a month or 2. Thanks for your reply
  9. True and I'm guessing that can be done without the need for a 2700x cpu. Just flash it before even getting the machine up and running. I had planned on flashing the newest bios anyway and have someone I trust that is capable of getting this done. Thanks for your reply
  10. I am building a new system around the gigabyte x470 aorus gaming 7 motherboard and a 2700x cpu. I want to know what will happen if I use the same motherboard with a 3700x cpu, What will I lose functionality will I lose by not going with a x570 motherboard? or will there really be little to no difference? Thanks for y'alls help
  11. Hummm so I have 2 hard drives that I can not see what's on them nor do anything with them if I could. Interesting indeed.
  12. Derek, I have one of those and yes it's a laptop. Alexsolo, Not sure about the green line thing but I can see the folders and the files inside it. What I want to do is be able to look at any pictures, music, or books loaded on those hdds so I can load them on this laptop. I appreciate y'alls replys
  13. I have a couple hard drives from a couple of old laptops and would like to see if there is anything worth saving on them. I got an enclosure to put them in. When I connect it to my computer I can see the files but not what is on them (ie) pictures, music, and books. I know in older windows you got an option to open and see what was on the disk. Help me see what is on them.
