My motherboard supports gigabit ethernet, that's not the problem here.. what happened is, that all of the sudden I didn't have internet anymore and the only way for me to use it on my computer was for me to set that setting at only 10mbps full duplex at the most. and Idk what to do and how to deal with this.

I cannot use the internet unless I have Speed And Duplex setting set to 10 mpbs full duplex and that obviously limits my internet speed. My internet connection is 200 mbps down and 20 up and I tried using other windows devices and non windows devices with the same cable and ethernet port and I seem to get the full speed. and idk what to do as this is my main work device and I want to be able to use it wihtout any problems.. any clue as to what the problem may be>??
