  1. I am trying to update my rig right now and I was wondering if you can use GPUs with the same model however different brands or edition for SLI. For example can I use a windforce 2080 ti from gigabyte and a 2080 ti OC edition from gigabyte as well? Or can you use a gigabyte 2080 ti from gigabyte and a 2080 Ti from EVGA?
  2. I have built a lot of gaming PCs and have a lot of experience with it. One thing I don't have experience with is servers. I decided I would create my own home server with 40 terabytes. I have seen linus build servers with a lot more than 40 terabytes however he never really showed the process so don't know how to do it. Thanks in advance
  3. I was always wandering what are the ideal temps for my CPU. I know that my cpu temps are good, however I don't really know the ideals.
  4. It is a magnetic dust filter, it removes easily
  5. I have a 2080 ti, working properly. I am getting good performance in videogames. However I am not really sure what is the ideal temperature at rest and when under load. At rest I get about 35-45 which I think is good. However when under full load I have 70-75, it never goes higher than that. Are my temps normal?
  6. Hello everyone. I have a thermaltake view 32 case. I have one fan on top blowing in, two fans front blowing in and one fan in the back blowing up. I shall include a picture of my build however the fan on top isn't on the picture however I do have it. If my airflow isn't so great, how shall I improve it?
  7. Ok, I ran a benchmark test in AC Odyssey. My results were 66 frames(arithmetic mean). Is that good?
  8. I do not have a stock cooler, I have a thermaltake riing 12 cpu cooler
  9. So I recently build a PC with 2080 Ti. It is working properly, also my CPU is 2700x. Recently I tried doing a 3dmark test and got these results. 13000 on time spy(normal) and 21548 on Fire Strike. I looked up and found out that other 2080 ti's receive much better results. I overclocked my GPU to +225 core and +700 memory.
  10. Thank you, this is my first build so I am kinda worried about my temps, hope you will understand.
  11. I get about 65 degress while playing games like Rainbow six siege and PC Building simulator. Are these temps good? What's ideal?
  12. Recently build a new gaming PC. 16 gb of ram, 2080 ti graphics card and 2700x ryzen processor. I did a 3dmark spy test and got 13000. My XMP profile is on and i overclocked my gpu to +225 core clock and +700 Memory. Is my graphics card working properly?
  13. I have a b450m aourus gigabyte board. I want to install my xcalibur t-force ram however I don't know which slots to put them into. I looked at the manual and didn't find any help.
  14. I was thinking upgrading my current CPU to amd 3xxx once it comes out. My motherboard is Gigabyte aourus b450 m. Is the CPU compatible with my motherboard?
  15. So I recently build a new PC. I am done with setting everything up and cable management. All I want to do is add LED strips to my rig. I don't live in USA and let's just say that a lot of good RGB strips are unavailable. The only one I found was the DeepCool 350 RGB. I wanted to ask can you controller the RGB Strips through software like Mystic Light or Aura sync?
  16. I have a T-Force Phantom Gaming 5v 250 gb RGB SSD. However I couldn't get my rgb to work. The SSD works fine, full speed and fully functional. However when I try to connect the RGB it doesn't work. The RGB cable comes consists of 2 connector. A 3 pin connector that is needed when you have an Aourus motherboard (I have b450 Aourus M) and another fat connector (forgot what they are called that is connected to D_LED on my motherboard. When I connect the fat D_LED connector alone the computer launches however no RGB. However when I connect both of the cables the pc won't even turn on. I connect the 3 pin to the DLED_v_SW. Checked all of the cables, tried turning them around. It is not problem with too much power since I have enough power (750w PSU). I always ran the computer without the RGB because it didn't work.
  17. Hey so I recently (yesterday) built a new Pc. The case I have already has 3 fans, 2 front ones and 1 rear. My case is Thermaltake View 32. The fans that came with the case are Riing led rgb Thermaltake. The Forth fan isn't the best looking , and totally not the best one. However I don't know where to set it up. Do I even have too? I included some pictures of my PC and one picture of the fan that I want to set up.
