Hey, did you solve your problem?
-
It's not advised because its layout is much different from the original given by AMD

Uh, I had the idea to do also hackintosh, so XFX is not viable...

Ah maybe I found the wrong motherboard by myself. The GPU is around 370€.

Both cost like 100€ more than what I planned, in Italy BTW is the psu okay?
-
On Italy site of amazon, the gpu was the only affordable right now (low stock numbers). Same for motherboard. are those components that bad?
-

Hi, I want to mount a gpu inside a T710 dell but it won’t fit... I wanted to mount it vertically but the pcie express slot is on the upper part of the case, so every vertical bracket seems to be wrong for my case. Do they work anyway or there is a specific gpu vertical mount for this “contrary” scenario?

Hi, I wanted to put a gpu inside an old dell T710 server I got for few bucks, but I got some questions: 1- how do I mount it? The fans would be spitting air against the case normally as the pcie slot is up and not down, so there is little space, do I have to mount the gpu vertically? 2- how do I manage to power the gpu, since there are no cables to use inside the T710?

Hey, I know it’s an old discussion. I saw that you said to put a gpu inside a T710... I got some questions: 1- how did you mount it? Hi guys, I recently got a Dell Poweredge T710 server. I tried to install ubuntu and it's working perfectly but it's loud af (6 fans inside passive) and I would like to turn it into a full windows 10 PC. The specs are: -dual Xeon E5620 -16 GB of ram -1.5 TB of hard drive raid -max of 1.1 kw of power with 2 redundant power supplies That said, it comes with the full tower case and the only things I miss are: -the gpu -an ssd to speed everything up Do you think that spending around 60€ to replace the fans (to make it silent) and getting a good gpu would be okay? Could I be able to game on it?
