    Hi fellow forum user', I'm buying a refurbished motherboard, has been tested with components and fully working. 28 quid. Link to mobo Do you reccomend it? Will it fit my case?

    I was just in the same position as you ? The CX/CXM from corsair are pretty good from what I've seen.

    Thank you all for the replies, I will follow the posted troubleshoot steps Even before this happened, everytime my PC booted, there would be a long and continous beep

    I don't see a Molex cable connected

    I have yet not tried a different PSU, I have tried to reset the CMOS. Also if you could give me an insight, if the CPU fan is running, does that indicate the MOBO is working or not? Thanks

    All the capacitors look strong and not bulged. Power connectors are fully in.
