    Hey ! I just put my new computer together that contains: Intel i7-9700K 3.6 GHz MSI z390-A PRO Corsair RM750X 750W v2 HyperX 16GB DDR4 3000MHz Geforce RTX 2070 Gaming OC 8GB 860 QVO 1TB 2.5 SSD I connected the GPU in the Slot closest to the CPU and after a little while I noticed that the fans on the GPU did not spin at all So then I change the GPU to the other PCI-E slot further down and then the fans started to spin at full speed all the time ( the 2 slots diffrence from eachother the closest to the CPU looks more "fancy" but i thought that the games did not play as well as they did before so I change it back and then the fans stopped spinning again. Is it supose to act like this ?
