I tried to see if I have some bottleneck in my pc build. I played CS:GO and cpu had 60-70% usage, same as the gpu. But when I played GTAV my cpu locked at 100% while my gpu didn't get over 5%. Is this a bottleneck?? My specs: Gtx 1060, Intel Core I5 - 4460, 2x4gb DDR3, Asus ROG Maximus VII Ranger; motherboard.
