    Won't change at all right as u turn on PC it starts at full blast I'll try evga tonight though and tell u if it works

    I tried msi afterburner, just changing system fan speed, and some other random ones I uninstall after it doesn't work tho just left msi on it now

    Was wondering why it's stuck at 100%

    I have a old keplar GTX Titan black that I'm using but the fan no matter what temp is or what I try software wise is stuck at 100%speed. Temp is 22c when not under load & 50c at 98% load This wouldn't be a problem if card wasn't so freaking loud
