  1. Hello, One question I've had, is how many programming languages do you know(use the most/use for work)? 1, 2, 3........20? Also aspiring to transition into software development, what is recommended, amount and which ones? I plan on going to my local Community College, whom as far as I can tell, teach mainly with Java, C++/C, and there may be others(unsure). EDIT: Also on another note, should I also dive deeper into website design? I can already modify, and setup website, but I cannot for example may a plugin or use PHP. Not sure if that's recommended if I plan on Game Design/Application Design. Thank You, Justin
  2. Not sure if this is the best place. I have become more inclined to play games on my TV, but I don't like controllers for PC games. I want to see if anyone knows what keyboard/mouse tray Linus uses(ex. They said this would be EASY...-Gaming at 8k 60fps) as it looks like it gets the jobs done better than any of the ones I've found on Amazon. Thanks!
  3. I ordered my water bottle 6 days ago, I remembered that it said that the new shipment was being sent to them(Don't quote me), and was wondering if there is an estimation on a possible delivery time period. Like maybe a month, or 3 weeks? Checked on the store page but they are all sold out so that message no longer appears, otherwise I would calculate the delivery time period myself. Thanks
  4. No budget really, as long as it's not too outlandish like $5000+. So I guess around $1,000 would be best.
  5. I apologize for any confusion, I modified the post to hopefully make it clearer.
  6. I'd have to check but I believe 2560×1440
  7. My current PC is about 1.5-2 years old and I would like something more to be able to play more games at higher settings. Any recommendations or critiques are appreciated. I apologize for any confusion. Current Config: CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i v2 Motherboard - MSI B350 Tomahawk )Memory - Corsair Vengance LPX 16 GB(2 x 8 ) DDR4-2400 Storage - WD Blue 500GB M.2(unsure of what storage I want, prefer all to be soild state.) Video Card - Radeon RX570 4GB Case - Thermaltake Versa N24 PSU - Unsure, will check when I get home Potential Upgrade path + some components I will be keeping which is why you see the same cooler, motherboard, storage, and case CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 2700X(Although if compatible I may wait from Ryzen 3000) CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i v2 Motherboard - MSI B350 Tomahawk )Memory - Corsair Vengance RGB Pro 32GB (2 x 16) DDR4 3000 Storage - WD Blue 500GB M.2(unsure of what storage I want, prefer all to be soild state.) Video Card - MSI Radeon RX 590 8GB Armor OC Case - Currently Thermaltake Versa N24 but seriously wanting to swap it out. Asked on another thread already about that. Hopes this clarifies the build and future build idea. Thanks.
  8. So this will be my first HTPC build, and a lot of the parts I will be taking from my current setup that I plan on upgrading. CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 Motherboard - Asus ROG Strix B450-I Mini ITX Memory - Corsair Vengance LPX 16 GB(2 x 8 ) DDR4-2400 Storage - WD Blue 500GB M.2 + probably a WD 2TB+ hdd Video Card - Radeon RX570 4GB Case - Fractal Design Node 202 HTPC Case Power Supply - Corsair SF 600 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular (Not sure if I'm missing anything crucial) Mainly looking for critiques of the power supply, motherboard, and cooler. The rest of the parts are being ripped out of my current build as I said I am upgrading. Not wanting to spend a ton on this project as it's mainly going to be for simple steam games like party panic, etc. If possible maybe ever VR if it can handle it.
  9. We tend to buy games that can handle multiplayer especially local. Games we play: These are either PC or Switch. Plants V Zombies Pokemon Lets Go Stardew Valley Farming Sim 19 Super Smash Diablo 3 Monster Hunter World Destiny and the list goes on.....
  10. Yeah it looks really nice, definitely an upgrade to my Thermaltake Versa N24 as it feels cheaply made. Would love something that feels like good quality and thought went into making it.
  11. So, I'm going to be upgrading my computer, and would like some good case recommendations. Wants for the case: Cable Management (Like the "Cable Shroud?" in this case) PSU cover ATX Mid Tower (at least, but would be very happy with Full Tower recommendations for the added space) RGB Fans (included?) Of course a cool design and any other bells and whistles Will consider price upon recommendation, but nothing crazy like $500+ Also unsure of the graphics card I'm going to go for, so a case that can fit most graphics cards Will be using a full size ATX motherboard Oh and I would love tempered glass, unless you would advise against ?
