What's ur CPU and Mobo? Maybe they're not compatible, or you don't have the latest drivers/bios.

Np for replying. I think you should change the PSU still if possible, because non 80+ cert PSU have the chance of exploding (No joke). I guess of you don't have a budget, get an Rx 570 4GB, Rx 580 4GB, Rx 580 8gb. If you must go with Nvidia, gtx 1060 3gb, anything else is a bit expensive and could cause bottlenecks.
