I used portmapper. My computer is connected to the router with ethernet and the router is a COM HEM WiFi hub c2. If its not something wrong on the routers side, maby its windows that is blocking it?

Hello! I have encountered a problem that is really annoying. When i try to portforward any type of server it says "Connection timed out" on every port-check. I found a port that was open 27036 and i could open a server on it with no porblems but when it came to link the pc so i could connect to the server from another PC it didnt work, and it says "Connection timed out" when it had no problems connecting before i connected the port to my pc. (English it not my first language so sorry for any bad grammar)
