Yes I think I’ll go with Ryzen 2700x and I want high settings 60 FPS while recording do I need a 1070 for even 1080 for that

Ok and I’m upgrading my motherboard I have 16gb ddr4 ram and do I need to upgrade from my Gtx 1060 3gb

Do you think I should go with the Ryzen 7 2700x or Ryzen 5 2600

And like I said I need a better computer to stream and record playing my games...I’m going to look into the thermal paste though because it seems like it could help for the future but the cpu doesn’t get hot enough to bother

Doesn’t seem like temperature issues it’s never above 60 degrees and the care is pretty big it fits my components but it doesn’t fit the power supply correctly, it has one case fan one cpu cooler fan and the two fans on the gpu

Awesome I’ll get that motherboard and what case do I need to fit that and a Corsair 650w psu cause currently the power supply doesn’t even fit correctly in the case

I think the motherboard was some old gigabyte Asus one and it can only do ddr3 so it’s old. I’m getting a gigabyte Aorus b350m and Ryzen 7 2700x are those good together?

Cpu has just started ramping up from 25% usage to 75% usage in seconds for no reason not even on games

GPU usage stays around 60% usage at most I remember from last time I used it

Gpu drivers were updated did a clean uninstall I don’t have any antivirus or malware software but I don’t click on links usually since I’m only playing games. Cpu stays at about 19% usage and FPS isn’t capped

Ah no my fortnite is on the complete lowest settings and I get about 80 FPS on average, 100 in less populated areas.. for counter strike it’s all on medium-low settings and I get 100 FPS...the skins in the game look bad on these settings though. I would like to record YouTube videos or start streaming so what specs would I need?

Gaming like counter strike and fortnite...my brother has a gt 1030 and gets a better FPS doubter then me with a Gtx 1060

Hey guys my computer has been lacking in performance lately so I upgraded to a Gtx 1060 3gb, but the performance is the same, so is this a bottleneck? I know that my cpu is an old i7 and my motherboard is bad. This the reason I might’ve seen a decrease in performance? I upgraded from a gt 1030 to a Gtx 1060 and no performance difference..: SPECS: GTX 1060 3GB I7 920 2.6GHZ CORSAIR 650w PSU Motherboard is a very old Asus one which I couldn’t even find the model of . 8 GB DDR3 RAM 1TB HD thanks for the help in advance
