Hi guys,
I am in the process and putting together my first build, i had originally planned on using a 2600 CPU, but if the leaks about the soon to be released 3600 are true, then i shall go for that. As i will buy this CPU as soon as indie benchmarks have backed up my thoughts on this it is unlikely the mobo i get will have the bios for it.
Now i know the b450 tomahawk has a bios flash button, so i am right in thinking i can use that to update the bios with no need for a chip to be on the board. Just stick in a USB with the bios file on it, click the button and wait for the red light to stop flashing?
Or i am wrong on this?
Thanks
