  1. My friend is coming home from college for winter break and wants to build a computer for about $400 so he can play League Of Legends(He's on his college's esports team and needs to practice while he's home). All he wants is to be able to play League at 144 fps. We are able to go to the Microcenter store in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Thanks
  2. I would prefer if it had a refresh rate over 120hz.
  3. Ohio. $1800. I'm looking for a decently powerful laptop that has a good battery life. I don't really care about weight as long as it's not crazy heavy.
  4. I'll look into these. But I'm most likely going to buy a higher end laptop just in case I want to play other games in the future. I only said CS:GO because they are giving me a scholarship to play so I'll mainly be playing that for the first couple of months/years.
  5. I already have a gaming desktop. It has a i7-7700k and a 2070. I'm just looking for a laptop for college
  6. I don't need a touchscreen or foldable tablet. Just a normal laptop.
  7. I'm looking for a laptop for college. It will be used for light gaming and college activities. I was thinking about getting the Msi GS65 Stealth 1060 version but I'm not sure.
  8. One last thing. Is there any reason you picked that RAM? I'm just asking because I've never heard of it.
  9. What about something like https://www.microcenter.com/product/504427/versa-h17-matx-mini-tower-computer-case---black or https://www.microcenter.com/product/414482/n200-matx-mini-tower-computer-case---black
  10. Would I be able to use this PSU https://www.microcenter.com/product/485312/650-watt-80-plus-bronze-atx-semi-modular-power-supply ? Just so I could get everything at microcenter. Thank you for the help.
  11. Which one would you recommend? I forgot to mention that I have an old AMD gpu that I'm going to put in it.
