Hello. Ive bought a used motherboard to use with my i5 4460 but one problem is once turning it on in a case it just turns on, cpu cooler fan spins for about 3 or 4 seconds and then turns and repeating. Could it be that simply a 300w HP psu isnt enough power to make it work. The specs are: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 Motherboard i5 4460 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz ADATA Artic Alpine 12 cpu cooler XFX HD 6850 (not in system of current issue) Any help will be appreciated. I will be buying a 620w be quiet! psu soon if the psu is the problem
