  8. Im looking into a solution, Lets think: The raspberry pi can become a Pi cluster right, basicly also sharing workloads between eachother, what if we used a simular method. So basicly what this has become is a Windows (Home/Pro) 2 node Cluster (Correct me if im wrong). but i need to figure out how to make that work...
  9. Thanks guys, In an Ideal world i would not be spending any money now for special software so Im just trying things out now Test: Connecting up with USB Result: Motherboard powerlight turning on, when plugging in Power LED it will flicker indicating a need of more power. when pressing the powerswitch nothing happens. Test: Hoocking up PSU to motherboard. Result: Motherboard turned on, flickering stopped, but no connection Test: hook up HDD to the PC Result: Because of the HDD from the other system having windows 32-Bit already installed, when it started up the HDD had no effect. No device showed up on both of the systems Test: hook up Ethernet from Laptop to PC Result: The PC indicated that it had a connection, but said that it didnt have a valid IP adress (obviosly). These are some tests I did on the hooking 2 PC's up to eachother. I will continue with testing
  10. Hello everyone welcome to this topic, I just had the most stupid idea... What is you could hook-up a second motherboard to your computer? I would guess it would give you more preformance? But would it even be possible? So I have this laptop with a intel 7700HQ and a old intel motherboard with an E2200 CPU and 3GB ram. And just a minute ago (relative to the time of posting) when looking at it I though: "could I hook this old motherboard up to my laptop and would I get more preformance?" This is what i will try to find out, I will be doing my own research and post it in here, any one who wants to join in is welcome!
