I'm upgrading from a GTX 960 that I'll be able to sell for over $100 but I'm concerned about the cooling and if it overclocks well.

It's between these two cards. The MSI GeForce GTX 1650 Super Ventus XS OC ($210) and the MSI GeForce GTX 1650 Super Gaming X ($240). The Super Gaming X costs $30 more. Is it worth it? My PSU is the bequiet Pure Power 11 400W 80+ Gold. If you have any other suggestions let me know.

I have installed Windows a lot but I have never encountered something like this. So basically I was trying to update Windows to the new version and at some point something went wrong and I kept getting memory managment errors and I couldn't get into safe mode for some reason. So I decided to install Windows again. First I got Windows 10 on my USB drive and tried to install it but it didn't work I tried the same for Windows 7 and 8. I keep getting this error 0x80070570. I don't know what to do anymore. I have reset CMOS and reseated and clean my ram sticks and ram slots and my SSD and Hard drive have Security freeze on but I don't really know what it means.

My PC keeps crashing and I don't know why.2 weeks ago I bought a new monitor and my chrome stopped working then PC started lagging then I put my ram on another ram slot and it was fixed for 1 day but it's shutting down again. My lights on my case is still on when it shuts down.
