There is on 2018. Updated now but it didn't solve it It worked before but it detected a trojan virus and my brother factory reset the laptop. Then it showed another problem, where windows won't accept my brother's account so we did a full format (deleting windows and installing a new one). After installing windows, it showed that it can't detect the GPU.

No, it doesn't. It only shows the CPU, RAM, and storage devices.

Updated all drivers but no luck. Thanks for lending your time to help.

It's a laptop not a Full on desktop. Sorry for not including this btw.
