    With headphones I have audio; without them there's no sound at all.

    I installed a graphics card in my pc and as soon as I plugged it back in there was no sound. I've tried reinstalling windows, updating the drivers, rolling back the drivers, installing the RX 570 drivers, and re/installing realtek drivers. I have a Ryzen 5 2400g 16GB of ddr4 3200mHz MSI x470 gaming plus motherboard RX 570 graphics card
