    Coil whine, buzzing

Thnaks for the quick answer do you have more options? I literally just want a psu that doesn't whine or making buzzing noises. I saw the evga supernova 550 g2 and people said it's a good one with no coil whine. Do you think so too good sir? Oh and I heard seasonic is a great brand too but which psu should I buy from them if I had a option.

How do I connect a molex cable

  4. Hey everyone im in a state of kil****fg myself. I've always thought building a pc is going to be the time of my life but it's been horrific and saddening the entire time. So listen to this story pls it will be quiet long. I've upgraded my pc a few weeks back With a new motherboard, gpu, psu and case. The motherboard Asrock b85m Dash/ol r2.0 The gpu Rtx 2060 Asus dual an Case Sharkoon tg5 Psu Cooler master masterwatt lite 500w And the second one is a https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.de/HKC%C2%AE-V-POWER-Watt-PC-Netzteil-Schutzschaltkreise/dp/B01LAO9SFW&ved=2ahUKEwj3idq7pd_hAhVIK1AKHXmMAs8QFjAAegQIBBAB&usg=AOvVaw1TR6apIejB1um0XjqjzkFl Before I bought psu and stuff I only had the rtx 2060 in my old case (it was a prebuilt pc called Acer predator g3-605 and had a FSP group Psu inside of it. This is the psu: https://www.sb-electronics.de/de/acer/pc/acer-aspire-serie/aspire-serie-g3/aspire-g3-605e-serie/original-acer-netzteil-power-supply-500w-predator-g3-605e-serie?x6087f=59icttm3atorb5088i2o1igh61&gclid=Cj0KCQjwhuvlBRCeARIsAM720Hr_MgcrQUwUpRsP0ZyVQtS-i9Akwg30OYfIlojWitIDg8hZ6VCRQ00aAhcIEALw_wcB) With that mobo and psu I had no problems at all. The problem I'm facing is I think coil whine. I've never noticed it with the hkc one because I only played League of legends on it which isn't really demanding. Once I started sekiro up my psu started buzzing so I bought the coolermaster one and tried it with that one and it started buzzing again! My questions would be is my psu the problem? Is the graphics card the problem ? I've tried reconnecting everything and plugging back in and even tried my old gtx 980 which buzzed too. It's the psu for sure. I have listened very well and it's coming from there. I know you guys are pretty angry for me being stupid but I'm really new to this and was very excited but my hope is that it's the psu maybe it's delevering bad power to the gpu making it buzz maybe I need a better one? Also Im thinking about buying new ones this psu for example Thermaltake toughpower gx1 600w gold Corsair CX Series CX550 Non-Modular 80+ Bronze Are these any good? If not please recommend me a good psu under 100 bucks Specs I7 4790 Rtx 2060 Ddr3 ram 1600+1600 1tb ssd Windows 10 64bit 2tb hdd 144hz mon 60hz mon 4 case Fans Very good cooling CPU 60ish Gpu under 65 I beg for help thanks in advance! every reply would be appreciated

How do I connect a molex cable

On one side of the molex the pins are kinda at an angle. You gotta just check if they are oriented the right way and if a pin pushes out a bit push it in with a tool screwdriver obv when the pc is off. Ittl need a bit of force but not too much. You can do it.

Hey I need help with adapters

Another question would be I have windows on that ssd If I were to buy a new mobo. Just anew mobo and plug that ssd in that mobo do I have to reinstall windows? Or will it just work as normal?

Hey I need help with adapters

The old mobo is a Acer predator g3-605 motherboard (I don't really have the real name but u can find it under this name) and the new one is a Asrock B85M DASH/OL R2.0. this is the acer one asrock B85M DASH/OL R2.0
  9. So hey everyone. I have a few question I would love you guys to answer me if possible. My new motherboard does not come with these slots this I think is called msata if I'm not wrong. My ssd and my WiFi are connected to that. This is the WiFi thingy So basically I found this adapter online and I wanted to ask is it possible to buy 2 of those and hook them up via sata? I have 3 Sata l shape cables coming from my psu and 3 small l shaped cables lying around. these are the l shaped cables I'm talking about. Like I said could I just buy 2 of those and hook these up and make them run? Oh and the WiFi thingy has a black and a white antenna that I also have and I could attach it around somewhere in my case if those adapters work obvisouly. Also I have Windows installed on my ssd if I can't use that ssd kn my new mobo can I even start my pc because of no windows. I downloaded Windows 10 to my phone like 4.5 gigs 64bit is it possible to install it then to my hdd if all fails? Thanks in advance!
  10. Saying the word motherboard you saved me My friend on the back of the mobo there was a plastic bracket (See pic) that was glues to the mobo i carefully took the mobo apart and ripped of that bracket and voila the new one fits perfectly! thanks !!!!
  11. no no hahaah this is a picture on the inet thats ethe exact motherboard i have ^^
  12. There you go good sir This is the blank Mobo you can see those 4 Screw thingys hanging out This is the Mobo with everything stock installedthis is the connection for my old cpu those long screws screw into those heads Sadly when i push on on of those heads the other 3 move slightly too. I think they are all connected and i cant screw them off individually.
  13. yeah defo i would have to remove the whole topside back and front of the case and its all screwed together shut. Hey but as you can see in these photos my mobo holes arent like his. Linus are normal holes and mine are some kind of 2cm long rods where u can screw something in i dont wanna try forcing these push pins in there (sorry english isnt my first language)
  14. Hey everyone i have some questions. I have done something stupid and that is going out buying a cpu cooler and thinking it could stickright into my motherboard. My problem now is i Have a Acer predator g3-605 With an intel i7 4790 and a rtx 2060 asus. In these Photos you can see that my old cpu cooler is screwed in and ive done some research and it looks like there is a backplate on the mobo but thats a problem to get to that backplate i will have to remove this case entirley from its components and im not that skilled enough. As you can see there are 4 screw things so i can screw something in there but thats the problemThats the connector where i would screw in my old I wanna know if there is a some sort of bracket for this Cpu cooler cause its a push thingy to install. Otherwise i will have to give back this cooler. Thanks in advance everyone Info: Be quiet Pure rock slim Cpu cooler that has push pins on the bottom (new cooler)
  15. Tested bf5 again with dx11 instead of 12 and im still at about 50to75fps. My gpu load went up to the 60s and cpu was still at around 70s tho. Far cry new dawn since the reinstalltion of the drivers is at 60 cpu and 70 gpu but the fps are still under 70. Sekiro works fine but still has more cpu usage than gpu if that helps you good sir
