  1. I'm sure we are not the only people who reported this, but still nothing is being done.
  2. I was also saving up for a while. Then I finally bought a new system and it worked flawlessly for two weeks. I was so impressed with the quality of AAA graphics on Ultra. And then it all turned ugly overnight. But beware, some people said their new systems had the issue from the start.
  3. Welcome Ihave been in contact with AMD for a while, to them this is all normal, especially in lower resolutions. I guess 1080p is considered low-res now and everyone who plays on 1080p is a poor person who doesn't deserve help.
  4. Each monitor contains data about its capabilities. It's called EDID - Extended Display Identification Data. Maybe if this data is misinterpreted for some reason, it can cause problems like these? But again, the problem would be in the GPU, because I tried connecting to my TV, and nothing changed. So that would indicate that the problem is in the computer, not the screen. We need an expert to tell us how all these different things - GPU BIOS, drivers, windows registry, EDID etc. - interact together to produce the image.
  5. Oh I have a lot more here for download: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1bRQBSxvB403sV90YKnKsT6KsVNhsYDuY Also, a playlist of videos I found with the issue visible: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLymxUFANbMiEGr_tJYxqDwifFTw-4VYO1
  6. It happens in Witcher 3 on distant items when they fade in and out, I noticed. Witcher 3 has issues with pop-in, regardless of our problems in this thread. It surprised me to see it near the camera, because it looks so bad.
  7. Nobody can convince me that this is normal graphics. Especially after I saw what it's supposed to look like when the computer was new. Just look at those houses...
  8. Just to add that DOOM looks great because it implements 8x temporal anti-aliasing, which is the only thing that can cover up this issue. Go to graphics options and choose another AA algorythm and there will again be flickering.
  9. All my cables are properly connected. I don't think you can confuse them, they only fit in the correct socket.
  10. I have an AMD card so I cant tell you exactly, but you should have the option to record video through your GPU without impacting performance. FRAPS ruins framerate and is not necessary anymore.
  11. FRAPS? That thing is ancient. What GPU do you have? If you have a recent graphics card, gameplay recording software comes included with the drivers.
  12. Thats so weird. What is so different between these plugs??? Please next time (if it happens) make a comparison video. Record some game footage now and then record the same thing looking bad.
  13. It's all been done many times before. Anything you can imagine has already been done... Do you have game footage from before you had the problem? A side-by-side comparison would be very helpful to prove people we are not crazy.
  14. AMD support says they had no similar reports and this seems to be limited to my specific configuration. -.- Also they have no fix.
