  1. Thanks all, I'll look closer at Ryzen as you all say good things about it. Will wait a bit for new ones to come out and then think about it again. For now it's not that bad after all, I have an SSD currently with 144hz display so it is running pretty smooth. You saved me from spending a lot of money for not much needed upgrade, so thanks again!
  2. I know it is not that bad, but is pretty much old. Still doesn't run bad I agree. Maybe I need to rethink that whole upgrade..
  3. Thanks for the reply, I know i might be rushing this but I haven't really had chance to have decent setup anytime before. I may have some funds now but still thinking if those new components will improve the performance significantly enough vs current setup. As for the Ryzen I am not that much into AMD, may sound weird but wanted to stay with Intel's CPU.
  4. Hi Guys, Can you advise if the upgrade components I choose would be good or would you change anything that might gain me better performance. Currently I have i7-4790 (non K), 12GB 1600mhz RAM, Dell's OEM MB from XPS 8700 with GTX 1060 6GB GPU and SilentiumPC Vero L1 500W 80Plus PSU. Main use of my PC is gaming. I am looking to upgrade my MB, CPU and RAM. What I chose so far is: Motherboard - MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC CPU - Intel i5-9600K RAM - HyperX Predator DDR4, 16 GB, 3200MHz, CL16 will add m.2 250GB Samsung drive as well. Can you advise if my PSU would be sufficient and or you would change any components within kinda similar price range? Thanks!
